We are working hard on our plan to unify the dairy industry, but we need your support today!
A petition to eliminate quota has been submitted to CDFA. At this time we do not know the status of the petition or the intentions of the Secretary of Agriculture.
We have composed a letter to Karen Ross explaining our plan to discover sensible solutions to quota and QIP. We are asking her to implement a hearing process that would include a study of economic impacts for any petition before it goes to a referendum. We will be delivering this letter in the coming week.
In order to demonstrate the strength of our organization we are compiling letters of support for UDFC. These support letters will be included in communications with Karen Ross, CDFA, and other producers.
Please visit our NEW website and sign the digital support letter.
Also please forward this message to all your dairy friends and ask them to sign the support letter and sign up for our mailing list.
See a list of our supporters and join them in signing the letter of support.

Communicating to the industry via electronic form and US Postal service
Contracting with economists to evaluate proposals
Acquiring legal services
Event and meeting management.
We believe our plan offers the best possible solution for discovering new ideas for quota. Whether you are a non-quota holder, 100% quota, or somewhere in the middle, you will benefit from supporting our plan.

Over the past two weeks we have held our first rounds of regional committee meetings. Approximately 70 producers attended these meetings and we are grateful for their participation.
